I. POSITION: IMPORT EXPORT STAFF (SENIOR)
1. General Information
- Position: Import Export Staff (Senior)
- Department: Import – Export
- Report to: Team Leader / Manager
- Working place: Factory (LSEVN)
2. Job Purpose
Manage import-export activities, ensure smooth customs clearance, control logistics cost, and comply with regulations.
3. Key Responsibilities
- Handle customs procedures for import and export shipments
- Prepare and check documents (Invoice, Packing List, C/O, etc.)
- Work with customs authorities when required
- Arrange shipment (sea, air, truck) and follow delivery schedule
- Work with forwarders and compare logistics costs
- Monitor and report logistics cost
- Handle C/O and apply FTA benefits
- Update HS codes and customs regulations
- Support customs audits and internal checks
- Handle cargo insurance and related payments
- Propose solutions to reduce logistics and tax costs
4. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of experience in import-export
- Good English (reading & writing)
- Good Excel and computer skills
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
II. POSITION: IMPORT EXPORT STAFF (JUNIOR / FRESHER)
1. General Information
- Position: Import Export Staff (Junior/Fresher)
- Department: Import – Export
- Report to: Team Leader / Senior Staff
- Working place: Factory (LSEVN)
2. Job Purpose
Support import-export operations, focusing on tax-free material management and customs liquidation.
3. Key Responsibilities
- Manage tax-free material (in/out/stock)
- Update BOM and support production export requirements
- Prepare monthly stock reports
- Support preparation of import-export documents
- Track shipment status and update information
- Contact forwarders for quotations
- Update data (HS codes, material list)
- Support audit preparation and internal reports
4. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Less than 1 year experience or fresh graduate
- Basic English
- Basic Excel skills
- Careful, detail-oriented, willing to learn
