Position: Planning & Management Control Senior Executive

Workplace: LS ELECTRIC Factory, Yen Phong II industrial zone, Yên Trung, Bac Ninh
1. Job Purpose
To support the company in strengthening its management system, operational governance, and business planning discipline, by establishing standardized procedures, approval frameworks, and budget control mechanisms.
This role ensures that company operations are conducted in a structured, transparent, and controlled manner, while supporting management in making effective business decisions.
2. Key Responsibilities
– Develop, standardize, and continuously improve company policies, procedures, and business processes.
– Design and manage approval workflows and authority matrix to ensure efficient decision-making.
– Coordinate annual budgeting, monitor budget performance, and analyze variances.
– Prepare management reports and provide business performance analysis to support decision-making.
– Monitor compliance with company procedures, conduct training, and implement corrective actions.
– Support ERP implementation and drive process improvement initiatives across departments.
3. Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
– 3–5 years’ experience in: Audit / Finance / Internal control / Business analysis
Skills
– Strong analytical and logical thinking
– Understanding of business operations and financial impact
– Ability to design and improve processes
– Good communication and coordination skills
4. Benefits
