1. Quantity: 01 person
2. Workplace: Yen Phong, Bac Ninh
3. Main duties:
- Monitor material availability for production and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely material supply.
- Review material requirements and create Purchase Orders (PO) for mass production and transit materials in accordance with company procedures.
- Coordinate with subcontracting suppliers and monitor delivery schedules to ensure on-time material delivery.
- Verify actual material requirements against the Bill of Materials (BOM), identify discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Component, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams regarding material requests and purchasing activities.
- Monitor material receiving schedules, maintain accurate records in the ERP system, and prepare related reports.
4. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- From 1 year experience in material planning, purchasing, production planning, or project management in a manufacturing environment are preferred.
- Conversational English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
