To support our ongoing HR operations and align with our strategic goals, we are seeking a dynamic Korean Interpreter to assist our Factory Director and contribute to HR-related tasks.
GENERAL INFORMATION
1. Position: Korean Interpreter
2. Line Manager: HR Manager
3. Quantity: 01 person
4. Workplace: Lô CN 11-3, Khu công nghiệp Yên Phong (Khu mở rộng), Xã Yên Trung, Tỉnh Bắc Ninh, Việt Nam
6. Working time: 8h – 17h20 Monday to Friday
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Interpretation & Assistance for the Factory Director:
- Provide Korean-Vietnamese/ English interpretation for the Factory Director during meetings and business interactions.
- Take meeting notes, prepare documents, and assist with follow-up tasks.
- Support in hosting and managing Korean delegations visiting the factory.
2. Additional HR and Administrative Tasks
- Participate in training activities as an interpreter and Korean language instructor.
- Assist with HR tasks connecting the Vietnam branch with the head office in Korea.
- Manage HR-related reports for the Vietnam branch, submitting to HQ as required.
- Perform other tasks as required by the HR Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Korean Language, Economics, or related fields.
- Prior experience in HR or Compensation & Benefits (C&B) is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Vietnamese and Korean. Fair command of English.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
