GENERAL INFORMATION
1. Position: Purchasing staff
2. Department: Sourcing team
3. Line Manager: Sourcing Team Leader
4. Quantity: 01 person
5. Workplace: LS Electric Vietnam, Yen Phong Industrial Park, Bac Ninh
6. Working time: 8h – 17h20 Monday to Friday
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage relationships with mechanical outsourcing suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Research and regularly update supplier databases to build and maintain a strong, reliable supplier network.
- Negotiate product designs, technical specifications, pricing, and finalize contracts with suppliers.
- Conduct market research to develop and enhance the company’s product portfolio in alignment with market trends.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners on all product-related matters, including contracts, pricing, policies, promotions, and inventory movement (inbound/outbound).
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the team leader to support overall purchasing and supply chain operations.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Candidates from other majors are welcome with relevant experience and the ability to read mechanical drawings.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken); Korean language skills are a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a sociable, proactive, and eager-to-learn attitude.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
