1. Quantity: 01 person
2. Workplace: Yen Phong, Bac Ninh
3. Main duties:
- Develop and update daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales orders, inventory levels, and available capacity.
- Coordinate closely with relevant teams (sales, sourcing, procurement, production) to ensure materials, manpower, and machines are available as planned.
- Monitor the progress of production orders, identify delays or bottlenecks, and work with teams to adjust plans as needed.
- Analyze production data (output, lead time, downtime) to support continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Participate in daily/weekly production meetings and provide accurate status updates.
4. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Fair English or Korean
- 3–4 years of experience in production planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines.
