3. Main duties:
– Develop, propose, and execute the production plan to meet organizational goals.
– Monitor and analyze budgets, implement cost control measures, and identify opportunities to reduce waste.
– Oversee all production activities, including equipment maintenance and workforce management.
– Drive and implement operational changes to improve production performance and efficiency.
– Ensure efficient operations across all components of the production department.
4. Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related field.
– Good at English or Korean
– Minimum of 5 years in production manager, preferably with experience in electrical panels.
– Strong leadership and people management abilities.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
– Ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships across departments and with external partners.
– Customer-focused, results-driven, and able to meet tight deadlines.
